1.3. Account Deletion. You may request deletion of your account at any time. On deletion, your personal data and activity records (reading history, follows, kudos, coin transaction history, comments) are permanently removed, subject to Section 2.4 (coin forfeiture) and any records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
2. Coins, Purchases & Unlocks
2.1. How It Works. Navel World uses a coin-based system. You purchase coin packs using real currency, and spend coins to unlock individual chapters. Once unlocked, a chapter remains accessible under your account indefinitely, subject to these Terms.
2.2. Coin Purchases Are Final. Coin pack purchases are non-refundable once completed, except as required by applicable law or described in our Refund Policy.
2.3. Coins Do Not Expire. Coin balances do not expire for as long as your account remains active.
2.4. Coin Forfeiture on Deletion. If you delete your account, any unused coin balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or recovered.
2.5. Wallet Payments. Where available, wallet-based payment (e.g. for users with an existing wallet balance) may be used to purchase coin packs. Wallet-to-coin conversion is one-way — coins cannot be converted back into wallet balance or cash.
2.6. Non-Transferable. Coins and unlocked chapters are tied to your account and may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to another user or account, except where we explicitly offer a gifting feature.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
- Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts
- Circumvent, bypass, or attempt to defeat any access restriction, paywall, or content-protection measure on the Site
- Scrape, systematically extract, or redistribute Site content by automated means
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without refund of coin balances forfeited under Section 2.4.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.2. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navel World shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, access, or content; unauthorized account access; or Site outages or technical failures.

Thank you for choosing Navel World. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital stories. Since our offerings are instant-access digital content unlocked using coins, we've outlined the following Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
1.1. Coin Pack Purchases. All purchases of coin packs on premium.navelworld.com are final and non-refundable, except as described in Section 2 below.
1.2. Unlocked Chapters. Once a chapter is unlocked using coins, it cannot be "returned" or re-locked, and the coins spent to unlock it cannot be refunded or restored.
1.3. Non-Transferable. Coin balances and unlocked chapter access are linked to your registered account and are strictly non-transferable. You may not transfer coins, wallet balance, or chapter access to another user or account.
1.4. Account Deletion. If you delete your account, any remaining coin balance is forfeited per our Terms and Conditions, and no refund claim may be made on a forfeited balance after deletion.
2. Payment Errors or Failed Deliveries
2.1. Payment Issues. If you experience a technical error during checkout, or are charged without the corresponding coins being credited to your account, contact us at contact@navelworld.com with proof of payment. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
2.2. Duplicate Purchases. If a coin pack is accidentally purchased more than once for the same account, contact us within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. After verifying the claim, we may issue a refund or wallet/ coin credit at our discretion.
3. No Subscription Model
Navel World does not operate on a subscription or membership model. You are only charged when you choose to purchase a coin pack. There is no recurring billing.
